Place the bacon in the wok and stir-fry for several minutes until the bacon is lightly browned. Add ham and stir-fry one minute. Add all vegetables, sugar and pepper, stir-fry about four minutes. Push everything up the sides making a well in the center for the eggs. Pour the eggs into the center and cook until they are set, stirring gently. Add rice and mix everything together well, stir-fry three minutes. Add soy sauce and stir-fry two to three minutes.
NOTES : Any cooked meat, fish or fowl, or raw shrimp or scallops may be substituted for the ham.
