Auntie Mary's Italian Stuffed Shells

1 pkg. jumbo shells- cook and drain

½-3/4 cup cooked rice or 2 ¼ cups Minute Rice

Saute together:

Combine together:

Add breadcrumb mixture to hamburg mixture. Stuff shells. Pour ¼ cup to ½ cup spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9 x 13 pan (48 oz.). Place shells on top. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce on top. Sprinkle with 16 oz. shredded mozzerella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes longer to brown the cheese.
