3 chops
- ¼ cup catsup
- 3 (¾ inch) pork chops
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup hot water
Combine catsup, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; rub into both sides of chops. Brown in hot vegetable oil. Top with onion and add water and leftover catsup sauce. Cover with tight fitting cover or foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
