- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can milk
Bread stuffing (Or use packaged stuffing according to instructions)
- 3 cups stale bread broken into pieces
- 1 tsp onion powder or 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 Tbsp butter
Combine with hands and add enough warm water or chicken broth to make it stick together.
Put chicken in roasting pan. Cover with soup and milk. Cover with stuffing. Bake 50 min. @ 350 degrees.
