Bracciole

Pound flat: 1 large or 2 small flank steaks

Soften 1 stick butter/margarine. Combine with 6 cloves garlic sliced or minced, 2 TBS parsley, salt & pepper.

Spread butter mixture over meat. Roll meat jellyroll style, fasten with toothpicks, cut into 1-2" portions. Brown meat rolls on both sides.

Combine browned meat & juices with 2 8oz. Cans tomato sauce and 1 can of water.

Cook slowly or all day in crockpot on low heat.

Serve over pasta or rice.
