Cover pan and set at 10 pounds pressure. Cook as directed by pressure cooker instructions (keep the jiggeler jiggeling but not constantly). Start timing when it jiggles. Cook for 15 minutes; remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes. Rinse pan in cold water and remove jiggler CAREFULLY. Again, check with your pressure cooker instructions to be sure there is no steam left in pan when you remove cover.
Add ½ cup cold water to flour in large cup. Stir until there are no lumps. Add to pressure cooker pan. Heat and stir until thickened. Add bullion cube. Heat and stir until dissolved. Add Gravy Master (or Kitchen Bouquet) to taste.
