Whipped Cream

There is no substitute for REAL whipped cream!

• 2 c. whipping cream
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Pour whipping cream into a (chilled, if you have one) bowl. Whip on high speed until it forms soft peaks. Add vanilla, and a little sugar at a time. Whip until sugar dissolves, but DO NOT OVERWHIP!

**Suggested additions:

• 1/4 c. cocoa and 2 TBS extra sugar
• 1/4 c. Amaretto, Kaluah, Grand Marnier, Chambourd, Frangelico, Irish Cream, or other liqueur
• 2 tsp. instant coffee crystals
• 1 tsp. almond or other extract
• 1 tsp. orange, lemon, or lime peel
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, or nutmeg
