Lemon Butter Snow Bars

CRUST:

COMBINE WITH PASTRY BLENDER. PAT INTO 8" SQUARE PAN. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown on edges.

FILLING:

BLEND WELL. POUR FILLING OVER PARTIALLY BAKED CRUST. BAKE 18-20 MIN. MORE UNTIL SET. SPRINLE WITH CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR. COOL.
