Because it's delicious or because it's easy???
- One white cake mix
- Two 20 oz.cans crushed pineapple
- One stick butter
- One cup chopped pecans and one cup of chopped walnuts
Grease bottom of pan; drain one of the cans of pineapple well. Spread the drained can and undrained can of pineapple on bottom of greased pan. Spread the dry cake mix on top of the pineapple. Cut stick of butter into sixteen equal pieces and arrange equally on top of mix. Spread the chopped nuts over everything and bake in the oven 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until nuts are golden brown and it's brown on the edges. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
