Click here for an alphabetical listing of all recipes.Sift flour then measure and sift again. Combine butter and water in saucepan. Bring mixture to a vigorous over medium heat. Turn to low and add flour all at once. Beat fast with wooden spoon until mixture leaves side and forms stiff ball (about 2 minutes) Remove from heat and beat in eggs one at a time. Batter should be stiff. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Should be puffed up and golden brown. Allow to cool. Fill with coconut cream. Serve with chocolate sauce.
