Filling:
Combine thoroughly in medium bowl:
Spoon into unbaked pie shell in 10-inch pie plate.
Crumb Topping:
Cut 6 Tbsp softened butter into ¾ cup flour with pastry blender. Pour 1/3 cup sugar into the flour/butter mixture and cut in with pastry blender. Spread evenly over filling. Bake 400 for 35 to 40 minutes until lightly browned and apples are tender. May have to cover edges of pie with foil toward end of baking time if they brown too quickly.
