- 1 square unsweetened chocolate
- 6 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- dash of salt
Place chocolate and water in saucepan and heat on low until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. Add sugar and salt and continue cooking stirring constantly until sugar is melted and mixture is slightly thickened. Add butter and vanilla. Stir until blended.
