Becky's Strawberry Shortcake


Blend the 1st 4 ingredients together with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs. Combine egg and cream, and add to the dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Bake in an 8" x 8" square pan for 15-18 minutes at 450 degrees. Cut into squares.


Blend together and let sit until it gets juicy. Serve the strawberries over the shortcake, and serve with REAL whipped cream.
