White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for one minute. (The chips will hold their shape until you stir, so don't over heat them!) Stir the chocolate until it's smooth. Add the candy canes and keep stirring.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate onto the parchment paper, and spread evenly to the desired thickness.

Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until the mixture hardens. Break into pieces, and serve!
