- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Sift together the first three ingredients. Mix eggs, milk, and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients, beating only till moistened. Bake in hot waffle iron.
