- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 egg whites
Beat whole eggs with cream. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl. Stir egg/cream mixture just enough to moisten. Add butter. Beat egg whites in a third bowl. Fold into batter. Bake on hot waffle iron. Top with fruit, ice cream, whipped cream, etc.
