Cinnamon Biscuit Fans

8 biscuits

Heat oven to 425. Grease 8 medium muffin cups. Cut 1/3 cup butter into flour, 2 Tbsp sugar, the baking powder and salt with pastry blender in large bowl until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in just enough milk so dough leaves sides of bowl and forms a ball.

Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; gently roll in flour to coat. Knead lightly 10 times. Roll into rectangle 12" by 10". Spread 3 Tbsp butter over rectangle. Mix 3 Tbsp sugar and the cinnamon. Sprinkle over rectangle. Cut rectangle crosswise into 6 strips, 10" by 2". Stack strips; cut crosswise into 8 pieces. Place cut sides up in muffin cups.

Bake 16-18 minutes until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Drizzle Glaze over warm biscuits.

Glaze:

Mix ingredients until smooth and of drizzling consistency.
